    October 13, 2005-  Austin-McCook LLC  (Jay and Eileen Austin) sells KSWN FM to Hometown Family Radio (Legacy Communications, Jay Vavricek, President) for $1.3 million, which includes sister station KIOD FM.    Jay Austin initially remains as General Manager but eventually Alan Usher is named VP General Manager.
