May 3, 2013- KZTL goes to Armada Media in a trade that includes Legacy’s KRNP 100.5 FM Sutherland-North Platte for eight stations in the Scottsbluff and North Platte markets.

Legacy Communications/Hometown Family Radio retakes day-to-day operations of its six stations in the Scottsbluff market and two in the North Platte market including KZTL after five years of Armada Media running the stations thru a Local Marketing Agreement. KZTL had been operated alongside Armada’s three stations in North Platte, but now moves to the Hometown Radio facility at 721 East B Street in North Platte.

Eagle Communications acquires KZTL along with KRNP Sutherland from Legacy/Hometown for $300,000. Eagle began operating the stations on September 1, 2020 through a local marketing agreement. Studios/offices move to Eagle’s radio cluster at 1301 East 4th Street in North Platte.
