Construction Permit is sold to VSS Catholic Communications for $147,500 as Edgewater exits broadcasting.
December, 2009- Station signs on. Format: Religious, Spirit Catholic Radio. Transmitter: US 281 south of US-30 interchange, southwest of Grand Island. 1,500 watts at 112 feet, modified to 189 feet two months later.

February, 2010- Call letters changed to KJWM.

2011
Signal upgrade to 11,500 watts at 548 feet. The upgrade was made possible after VSS Catholic Communications pays the University of Nebraska $10,000 to move KLPR 91.3 FM to 91.1 FM.
New transmitter location: 17.5 miles southwest of Grand Island , West Rainforth Road and south Prosser Road. (County Road 400), sharing KTVG TV tower 6.6 miles south of Wood River, NE. Transmitter move completed on July 23, 2011.
With the upgrade, the station delivers a strong signal to Grand Island and Hastings and a rimshot signal to Kearney. The network says it now reaches nearly 75% of Nebraska’s population.
