    February 20, 2003- KLIV signs on with 390 watts at 259 feet.  Transmitter:  sharing space on a private communications tower on County Road 22, six miles north of Scottsbluff, NE.  Station replaced a local translator on 88.7 FM.   Format:  Satellite-delivered “K-LOVE” network, owned by Educational Media Foundation, Rocklin, CA.

  • 2006

    Moved to a new transmitter site nine miles west of Scottsbluff.  Shares space on a tower belonging to the Scottsbluff County Communications Center, two miles south of the junction of Nebraska State Highway 92 and South Mitchell Road, Mitchell, NE.

  • 2007

    Modification to 390 watts at 151 feet.  Modification to 463 watts and to 543 watts in the following year, eventually settling at 390 watts at a higher elevation of 781 feet.
