July, 2007-KHZY 99.3 FM signs on with 100,000 wats at 751 feet. Transmitter is located 13.4 miles west of Overton and six miles south of Lexington along US-283. Shared tower with KRVN FM 93.1 and KCVN 104.5, Cozad.
December, 2007-Months later, Mission Nebraska buys KHZY as part of a package that includes another FM (KHZZ 92.1 Sargent, NE, not yet on the air) and thirteen translators in Nebraska, and one translator in Kansas, from Horizon, for $900,000. (Short-lived Horizon Christian Fellowship ceased radio operations in 2008).
