November 20, 1991- PBK Communications sells KAUB to Coe-Coe Broadcasting (Judy Coe, Ernest Coe) for $25,000. Judy Coe is President/General Manager. Call letters change from KAUB to KCOE.

Sunrise Broadcasting (Joerge Klebe) buys KCOE 105.5 Auburn for $67,500 with the intentions of teaming it up with nearby KNCY AM, Nebraska City, so that KNCY AM would not be a stand-alone AM. Call letters are changed to KNCY FM. Klebe had earlier seriously considered silencing KNCY AM 1600. Myron Hahn is the General Manager, who had served as Sales Manager previously under General Manager David Messing.
