January 1, 2008-KNPQ FM signs on with 25,000 watts at 325 feet. Transmitter: West 17th and North Washington Avenue, on the KJTF tower, 12 miles east of Hershey, 1.2 miles from downtown North Platte.
Owner: Eagle Communications, Hays, KS (Gary Shorman). Studios located at 1301 E. 4th Street, co-located with KOOQ AM and KELN FM.

August 31, 2020- Eagle bought KZTL 93.5 (Paxton) and “Rock 100” KRNP (Sutherland) from Legacy Communications (Jay Vavricek) for $800,000.
October, 2020- After moving current country format and airstaff to the newly required “Z93.5” KZTL, the station then stunting with Christmas music, Eagle flipped Country “Q 107.3” KNPQ to Classic Country, branded as “Q Country Legend 107.3” on December 28, 2020.
